Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll process the return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your GlowMate product arrives damaged or defective, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it, no questions asked.
